چکیده
1,4-Dioxane is a contaminant of emerging concern that classified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as likely human carcinogen. Moreover, 1,4-dioxane easily migrates to groundwater due its high solubility in water and hard be biodegraded or removed traditional treatment technology. Therefore, it indispensable develop new methods technologies dispose wastewater. Herein, this study presented catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) with CuO catalyst O 2 an oxidant treat investigated influence reaction conditions, including temperature, time, oxygen content, addition pH, on degradation 1,4-dioxane. The highest rate ( R ) was 95.8 % when optimal conditions were at 200 °C 1 MPa for 60 min 5 mmol added. If effect Cu 2+ dissolution not considered, up 99.8 achieved acidic condition (pH=3)

Copper-catalyzed cascade synthesis of benzimidazoquinazoline derivatives under mild condition.
A convenient and efficient copper-catalyzed cascade method has been developed for the synthesis of benzimidazoquinazoline derivatives via reactions of readily available substituted 2-(2-halophenyl)benzoimidazoles with amidines or guanidine under mild conditions (even at room temperature).
متن کاملEfficiency of Photocatalytic Ozone Process Combined with Zinc Oxide in Removal of Amoxicillin from Hospital Wastewater
Background and purpose: One of the main problems of pollution of aquatic environments is hardly biodegradable chemicals with high toxicity such as antibiotics. If they are not removed from the wastewater, particularly the hospital wastewater, many health and environmental hazards are created. Therefore, appropriate management and treatment of this type of wastewater is highly necessary. This re...

متن کاملRemoval of Surfactants from wastewater by Rice Husk
Surfactants are one of the major components (10- 18%) of detergents and household cleaning products and are used in high volumes in developed countries. In the present research work, the ability of rice husk as a low cost adsorbent for anionic and nonionic surfactants in wastewater has been studied. The maximum removal efficiency for anionic surfactants was 97%, in an aqueous solu...
