Religious Moderation of Islamic Religious Education Teacher in Pekanbaru City Against Minority of Islamic Mazhab

The research aims to determine the religious moderation of Islamic education (PAI) teachers towards minority schools thought. Quantitative methods, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and analysis are descriptive-analytic percentages (%). Three aspects examined: views on majority Muslims, Shia Islam, Ahmadiyya, each netted seven items (total 21 items). All have high validity (minimum alpha 0.05) reliability (r = 0.94 significant at 0.01). Respondents study were 78 school PAI in city Pekanbaru. study's results showed that most Pekanbaru failed maintain moderation. They also become preservers Sunni which is moderate Ahmadiyya. If this attitude occurs among Religious Education other areas, it only natural students university intolerant Muslim minorities.
