Relationship of Myopia with Height in age Group of 12-25 Years

Objective: To determine the relationship of myopia with height in young group age 12-25 year. Methodology: Descriptive type/ cross sectional study was carried out Bahawalpur Victoria hospital From15th September 2012 to 15th February 2013. 167 patients were included this by using non-probability convenience sampling technique. Data collected from self-designed Performa informed patient consent. Visual acuity assessed snellen chart. Objective refraction retinoscopy. Subjective also done trial box. After refraction, measured feet. Results: In range 4.8-5.4 feet there 30 myopic and 35 non while 5.4-6 70 32 myopic. There is association between (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: significant as more common heighted individuals. Keywords: Myopia, Axial length, Height.
