Relationship of Halitosis with Gastric Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Background: Halitosis is a common human condition; however, the pathophysiological mechanism of halitosis still unclear. mostly attributed with oral pathological conditions, in addition, resulting from gastrointestinal disorders not rare either. often reported symptoms related to Helicobacter pylori infection, epigastric pain and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Objective: can stem number gastric conditions one most causes include presence infection pylori. This study was conducted evaluate incidence ofhalitosis patients presenting pain. Additionally, review whether there correlation between H halitosis; moreover, determine valid indication for infection. Methods Materials: case control, comparative done at Medicine department Isra University hospital Civil hospital, Karachi during period January 2019 December 2019. Participants were enrolled only after taking verbal signed consent. Prior permission management taken as well. Result: are statistically significant p value 0.026. There clear it may be contributor halitosis.
