Relationship Management, Competitive Advantage and Performance of Hotels: A Resource-Based View

چکیده

The competitiveness and growth of the hotel industry have propelled a lot interest by researchers. Premised on resource-based view, dynamic capability competitive advantage theories, this paper investigated effect managing supplier customer relationships performance hotels. Questionnaires were distributed to managers one-star rated hotels in Central Western regions, data was analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Analysis hypothesized revealed that management had significant positive advantage; however, relationship did not.
