Relationship between traditional Chinese medicine constitution and pregnancy outcome in elderly primiparae

Purpose: To investigate the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution and pregnancy outcomes in elderly primiparae.Methods: A cross-sectional case-control study was conducted on 113 primiparae who were delivered Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University, Shanghai, China from January 2019 to December 2019. The group. Using a random ratio 1:3, 393 primiparous women suitable age hospital at same period selected as control questionnaire used collect clinical data, differences two groups compared.Results: incidence gestational diabetes mellitus significantly higher group (elderl y primiparae) with phlegm dampness qi stagnation than (appropriate-age (p < 0.05). hypertension yin deficiency special frequency selective cesarean section biased qi-deficiency constitution, yang-deficiency yin-deficiency 0.05).Conclusion: There is old TCM constitution. Individualized diet exercise programs may be formulated early (based type physique) improve primiparae.
