Relationship between TIR and NIR-SWIR as Indicator of Vegetation Water Availability

Water availability for vegetation use has been associated with the relative amount of water in plant and is a key factor modeling variables related to soil-plant system (e.g., net primary production, drought effects on vegetation). To best our knowledge, integration spectral proxies content (near-infrared (NIR), shortwave-infrared (SWIR) bands) land surface temperature (LST) estimation, not only but also soil available evapotranspiration process requires more analysis. This study aims assess relationship between NIR, SWIR reflectance, LST data as indicators crop use. For this purpose, content, LST, reflectance over soybean, corn, barley were measured field laboratory.
