Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a chronic with high prevalence worldwide. In 2017, an estimated 1.2 million people died from CKD globally. There are 713,783 sufferers (0.38%) in Indonesia aged 15 years who have been registered nationally. Hemodialysis (HD) one of three renal replacement therapies for managing CKD. Adequate vascular access required patients undergoing HD. Vascular ideal if it causes minor complications when used hemodialysis. Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) common during The main options AVF radiocephalic (RC) and brachiocephalic (BC) fistula, their respective advantages disadvantages. This cross-sectional study compares QB RC BC hematological parameters pre post-HD. were 18 subjects involved this study. Subjects then examined before after results showed that the group was not significantly different (p=0.126). mean comparative test levels Hb, BUN, SC HD both (p=0.005; p=<0.001; p=<0.001) (p=0.001; p =<0.001; p=<0.001). correlation only correlated pre-HD (p=0.030; r=0.361). Multivariate tests decrease BUN AV higher than (p=0.015). proves unrelated to type used, but positively serum creatinine also found lower better fistula.
