RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERCEIVED STRESS AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BEHAVIOURS IN HIGH-RISK PREGNANT WOMEN

Bu çalışma yüksek riskli gebelerde algılanan stres ile sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı ve ilişkisel tipteki kadın doğum servisinde gebelik tanısı yatarak tedavi gören 115 gebe gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Algılanan Stres Ölçeği Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları II kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler Pearson’s korelasyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Gebelerin puan ortalaması 29.40 ± 5.90, 124.97 16.99 bulunmuştur. Gebelerde arasında orta düzeyde negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişki saptanmıştır. Yüksek algısı gebelerin sağlık davranışlarına olumsuz yansımaktadır. nedenle antenatal izlemlerinde düzeyini azaltacak davranışlarını geliştirecek eğitimlere önem verilmelidir.
