Relationship between obsessional dissociation and family adjustment and anxiety sensitivity in individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between obsessional dissociation, family accommodation, and anxiety sensitivity in individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
 Materials Methods: participants descriptive relationship-seeking were 62 OCD 43 healthy controls. We collected data using a sociodemographic form, Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (YBOCS), Family Accommodation Scale-Patient Version (FAS-PV), Anxiety Sensitivity Index-3 (ASI-3), Van Obsessional Dissociation Questionnaire (VOD-Q).
 Results: Both ASI-3 VOD-Q subscale global scores patients participating higher than those controls, there statistically significant difference two groups. Sixty-two percent total score explained by scores, 16% YBOCS 11% FAS-PV (F:38.622; F:6.797; F:2.941, respectively).
 Conclusion: In our study, diagnosed had levels dissociation sensitivity, symptoms, accommodation are effective development OCD.
