Introduction: Combat sport athletes are exposed to intentional strikes the head. These result in height linear and rotational acceleration forces that can concussion neck injury. Despite experiencing ongoing post-concussion symptoms, combat continue participate their sport. Neck muscle strength has been described as a modifiable risk factor for prevention of concussion, but found be reduced presence including pain non-combat populations. The relationship between concussion-related symptoms cervical spine not investigated athletes. This study compared with control group, explored relationships symptom-based outcome measures strength. Methods: Forty male (Muay Thai Mixed Martial Arts) 40 were recruited from local clubs university campus. Cervical isometric was assessed at private physiotherapy clinic.
