Reinterpretation of Ötükän Yıš Expression in Orkhon Inscriptions

The name Ötükän is mentioned as the geographical place in Orkhon inscriptions and Terhin (Taryat) Šinä Usu Inscriptions. Apart from this, it seen that same also form of Yıš Until today, different ideas have been put forward about what word mean. In this study, will be handled explained a way, on other hand, shown for first time has meaning over its Chuvash equivalent.
