The article analyzes the concept of reintegration minors in juvenile justice. Punitive approach is not effective working with minors. It important to understand that quality criminal process which find themselves depends on their future and whether they will commit offenses future. also necessary remember minor victims witnesses need reintegration, but different from offenders. indicated terminology used literature denote namely «resocialization», «reintegration», «rehabilitation», mean a set measures provide juveniles involved restoration, support, ensuring return law-abiding behavior normal life activities, rethinking what happened. most appropriate modern term for use common view begins after sentencing while serving sentence, this narrow understanding concept. should be applied starting first contact law enforcement authorities completed only certain period end trial stage. Reintegration extend conflict law, law. For successful it develop special programs, work psychologist knowledge each employee various structures process. This help offenders fully assess consequences actions get an opportunity correct them prevent reoffending by reintegrating into communities.
