چکیده
Abstract Solid waste is one of the many factors that negatively affect environment. The plastic an important type solid with a strong environmental impact, all types used in daily life becoming, sooner or later, waste. Therefore, increasing consumption various products most challenges protection. From different perspectives, reuse because it helps to recycle production process, reduces pollution, and sustain conserve non–renewable natural resources. On another hand, constructions require precise techniques technologies can utilize number new materials. Also, lightweight building material industry considered useful promoting reused In this context, use simple concrete reinforced somewhat restricted by specific phenomena such as: cracking, fire resistance, shrinkage, shock wear durability, etc. For reason, improvement performance be obtained adding their mass reinforcements dispersed form fibres from results inclusion variable amount discontinuous mass. These sizes have properties. This has become major research subject recent years. using materials solution minimize proportion landfills incineration. Reusing plastics as additives could also redirect old water soda bottles, bulk which would otherwise end up landfill. Research focused on impact fresh hardened concrete. study aims investigate polyethylene terephthalate (PET) wastes

Properties of Concrete Paving Blocks and Hollow Tiles with Recycled Aggregate from Construction and Demolition Wastes
In recent years there has been an increasing tendency to recycle the wastes generated by building companies in the construction industry, demolition wastes being the most important in terms of volume. The aim of this work is to study the possibility of using recycled aggregates from construction and demolition wastes in the preparation of precast non-structural concretes. To that purpose, two d...
متن کاملLow Cycle Fatigue Behavior of Concrete with Recycled Concrete Aggregates
A comparison of concrete containing recycled concrete coarse aggregates and natural coarse aggregates subjected to high strain, low cycle compressive fatigue is presented. Using a strain based feedback control loop, concrete cylinders are compressed at 15µε/s to a specified strain then unloaded to zero stress for 10 cycles. After cycling, all samples are loaded to a strain of 0.008. Direct conc...
متن کاملFiber reinforced plastic composites using recycled materials
This work investigates the feasibility of using recycled high density polyethylene (rHDPE), recycled polypropylene (rPP) and old newsprint fiber (ONP) to manufacture fiber reinforced composites. The boards were made through air-forming and hot press. The effects of the fiber loading and coupling agent content on tensile, flexural, internal bond properties and water absorption and thickness swel...
متن کاملReactivity in Recycled Concrete Aggregate
Full scale tests with crushed concrete used in sub-bases in roads show that the material has capacity to reharden, very slowly but also after prolonged periods of time. The rehardening process in crushed concrete aggregate has been analysed with a thermogravimetric method, comparing the change in chemical composition in the aggregate when set with water, compacted and hardened. It has been show...
متن کاملPerformance of High-strength Concrete Made with Recycled Ceramic Aggregates
Recent scientific concerns to achieve sustainability in construction have suggested the implementation of using recycled aggregate in concrete because it has the potential to reduce the demand for extraction of natural raw materials and decrease the volume of wastes landfilled. In this respect, this study aims to investigate the suitability of using ceramic tile (CT) and ceramic sanitary (CS) w...
