Reforming the global public health regime: Towards global governance

The paper addresses the ongoing international health regime reform, which should end in 2024 with adoption of a new pandemic treaty or revision existing regulations. This process has not gone too far its current stage development. However, there is certainly an agenda to centralise global governance, includes various public and private interests actors. Using structural-institutional approach, author assesses degree development transnational centralisation regime, focuses attention on important agency, actors, interests, indicates omissions terms governmental accountability human rights manifested this process.
