Reflections on the Mentor-Mentee Relationship

چکیده
Abstract A successful mentoring relationship can bring significant benefits to the mentee in terms of academic research productivity and career satisfaction. Through their mentees, mentors also traverse new fulfilling directions. Here, we reflect on our own mentor-mentee from both vantage points. We offer advice how choose a mentee/mentor, what each person needs relationship, changes with time. Summary: mentees make for both.
