Recurrent gluteal abscess: an atypical presentation of colon neoplasm

چکیده
Resumen Caso clínico: Mujer de 74 años que consulta a Urgencias por absceso glúteo derecho recidivante y tras hacerle body-TAC, el hallazgo incidental preoperatorio nódulos pulmonares bilaterales, se diagnóstica neoplasia ciego perforada manera contenida en forma colección retroperitoneal fistuliza tejido cutáneo. Discusión: El cáncer colo-rectal es mayor incidencia España. Los signos síntomas presentación más comunes incluyen rectorragia, dolor abdominal, anemia inexplicable / o un cambio hábito intestinal. Una parte importante los pacientes puede presentar características clínicas sugestivas enfermedad metastásica debido diseminación linfática hematógena raras ocasiones manifestar como regiones adyacentes perforación del propio tumor. Conclusiones: carcinoma colon perforado siempre debe considerarse diagnóstico diferencial para abscesos miembros inferiores recidivantes con mal control manejo habitual.
