چکیده

Introduction. The reconstruction of columella defects is still regarded as a challenging procedure due to the very specific anatomy and limited local regional flap options. Furthermore, texture color tissue pose difficulties in choosing right method reconstruction. Case report. report presents patient who underwent complex defect using Schmid-Meyer flap. represents tubular with an internal supraciliary pedicle which allows transposition temporal skin addition ear cartilage on tip nose or ala nasi. integration was complete. During five-year follow-up period, cosmetic functional results were satisfying. Conclusion. may be one best options for columella.
