چکیده
Integration of renewable energy resources and conventional grids leads to an increase in power quality issues. These issues require different standards be followed for accurate measurement monitoring various parameters the system. Conventional analyzers (PQAs) are programmed a particular standard cannot reconfigured by end user. Therefore, PQAs meet challenges rapidly changing grid. In this regard, Compact RIO-based (CRIO-based) PQA was proposed, that can easily reprogrammed cope with faced PQAs. The salient features proposed high processing speed, interactive interface, high-quality data-storage capacity. Moreover, unlike PQAs, monitored remotely via internet. research, hardware-in-loop (HIL) simulation is used performing power-quality assessment systematic manner. Power indices such as apparent power, factor, harmonics, frequency disturbance, inrush current, voltage sag swell considered validating performance against Fluke’s 43-B.

The key innovation of the described Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulator is the use of flexible and software reconfigurable signal-conditioning to establish connectivity between the HIL simulator and the prototype Electronic Controller Units (ECUs) in the Electronic Body System (EBS) of a vehicle. In the automotive industry, the electrical architecture of the car evolves through many developmen...
متن کاملActive Roll Control (ARC): System Design and Hardware-In- the-Loop Test Bench
The first part of the paper describes the targets related to the design of an Active Roll Control (ARC) system, based on the hydraulic actuation of the anti-roll bars of an automobile. Then the basic static and dynamic design principles of the system are commented in detail. The second part of the paper presents the Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) test bench implemented to evaluate the designed syst...
متن کاملReconfigurable Logic Applied for Designing Adaptive Hardware Systems
Reconfigurable computing has grown to become an important and large field of research. It is based on using Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). In this paper, this technology is introduced and it is shown how it can be applied for adaptive system design. There is a large range of real-world applications for such systems, including network infrastructure.
متن کاملLoop Transformations for the Optimized Generation of Reconfigurable Hardware
Current high-level design environments offer little support to implement data-intensive applications on heterogeneous-memory systems; they rather focus on parallelism. This thesis addresses the memory hierarchy problem to high-level transformations of loop structures and the integration of these transformations in the hardware design flow. This work focuses on three aspects: (1) the composition...
