Recent progress in optoelectronic memristive devices for in-sensor computing

Neuromorphic computing system, inspired by human brain, has the capability of breaking through bottlenecks conventional von Neumann architecture, which can improve energy efficiency data processing. Novel neuromorphic electronic components are hardware foundation efficient computation. Optoelectronic memristive device integrates functions sensing, memorizing and is considered as a promising candidate for vision. Herein, recent research progress optoelectronic in-sensor reviewed, including materials mechanism, device/characteristics well functionality application computing. We first review corresponding photon-ion coupling photon-electron type. Then optoelelctronic all-optical modulated introduced according to modulation mode. Moreover, we exhibit applications in cognitive function simulation, logic operation, vision, object tracking, etc. Finally, summarize advantages/challenges memristor prospect future development.
