Due to their nature of being brief, short stories have been successfully used in language-based classrooms. Discussions about the issues can develop learners’ critical abilities. This be done through activities like reader response. One many from response is writing. Learners are asked write comments story based on interpretation. According Bereiter & Scardamalia (1987), ability re-tell knowledge and transform what differentiates between a novice an expert writer. Knowledge-transforming more difficult as it involves writer create new this problem-analysis perhaps even suggestions for solutions mentioned problems. study investigate perception writing activity stories.
