In the chemical industry, a reactor is an absolutely necessary container. The fact that its dynamic qualities are nonlinear and unknown, however, what causes temperature to deviate from value was specified. As result, typical PID control cannot fulfill prerequisites of production process. A new function presented replace previously used, controller based on better fractional order active disturbance rejection devised. On basis detector (FOTD), equilibrium state observer (FOESO), function, improved has been developed. model created, properties were investigated. By simulation experimentation, it demonstrated strategy number benefits effective. this approach, information provided by exploited maximum potential, inlet cooling water employed as for feedforward compensation. Over entirety process, guarantees desired will be preserved. When compared FADRC, PID, ADRC, rising time increased 5 s, overshoot raised 25%. It established fraction-order quicker response speed, higher capacity anti-interference, speed stabilization.
