In this study, we aimed to describe demographic information, clinical characteristics medical conditions patients who underwent children's our hospital present patient strategies.
Methods: Cases under age 18 between January 2021 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.

All had focal neurological deficits on examination. value Glasgow coma scale scores 8 4-15). first neuroimaging method cranial tomography ten (90.9%) patients. Intracranial hemorrhage 45.4% (5 patients) No complications observed any during application. One each died due intracranial dysfunction. Neurological (dysarthria, gait disturbance, hemiparesis, visual impairment) detected five their month follow-up.
Conclusion: This retrospective study identified critically ill children admitted with acute symptoms prevent increased pressure further brain damage.

AIM Airway management is a core aspect of emergency medicine. The technique of rapid sequence intubation (RSI) creates continuing debate between anaesthetists and emergency physicians in the UK, although similar complication rates for emergency department (ED) RSI have been shown for both specialties. This study examined prospectively collected data on every ED RSI performed in a university hos...

متن کاملRocuronium for rapid sequence intubation of emergency department patients.
Rocuronium is a recently synthesized non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent (NMBA) that has been demonstrated to have a faster onset of action than any other non-depolarizing NMBA. Although widely studied in the operating room, there are no reports regarding its use for emergent tracheal intubation in the emergency department (ED). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of roc...
