Rapid diagnostics of novel coronavirus infection by loop-mediated isothermal amplification

This review presents the basic principles of application loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reaction for rapid diagnosis coronavirus infection caused by SARS-CoV-2. The technical details method, and most popular approaches specific non-specific detection products are briefly described. We also discuss first published works on use method nucleic acid SARS-CoV-2 virus, including those being developed in Russian Federation.
