Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol Kelembaban Udara Greenhouse Menggunakan PWM (Pulse Width Modulation)

Abstrak
 Sistem kontrol banyak diterapkan pada bidang pertanian seperti penggunaan mikrokontroler dalam mengontrol dan memantau kondisi kelembaban udara greenhouse. Ketepatan pengkondisian merupakan hal penting bagi pertumbuhan perkembangan tanaman microgreen. Kelembaban media tanam secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi melalui penguapan, sehingga diperlukan sistem yang dapat sekaligus tanam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang membangun menggunakan PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) greenhouse dilengkapi monitoring pemberian irigasi otomatis. Rancang bangun dihasilkan penelitian meliputi Arduino UNO ATmega328P sebagai terhubung dengan sensor DHT22 udara, capacitive soil moisture tanam, relay pompa misting irigasi, driver pengendali kipas DC PWM, pemberi aliran menurunkan LCD 16x2 monitoring. setting point microgreen dimasukan manual coding. dirancang menghasilkan miniatur bertipe lean-to oleh nilai error DHT22(1) 3,09% DHT22(2) 3,34%. berhasil membaca menampilkan data, memberikan output response time sebesar 78mS 145mS, delay 2 detik. Kendali mampu menjaga tetap rentang optimal microgreen, meningkatkan RPM sesuai duty cycle nya.

 Control systems are widely applied in agriculture, such as using microcontrollers to control humidity greenhouses. Lack of accuracy conditioning the indoor farming affects plant growth and productivity, especially microgreens. The planting indirectly air through evaporation. Therefore, a system is required monitor humidity. purpose this study was design build an equipped with automatic irrigation system. employed microcontroller connected sensor, for media, pump. also fan control, four airflow suppliers dehumidifiers, used points microgreens which were entered manually result research prototype values 3.09% 3.34%. successfully read displayed data provided seconds. able reduce maintain within optimum range by increasing well decreasing fans’ RPM, based on its value.
