Quality of life of CKD patients with routine hemodialysis in Haji Adam Malik Hospital Medan

Objective: To elicit quality of life chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with routine hemodialysis receiving erythropoietin from clinical and humanistic outcome, to analysis characteristic factors Hb, fatique the (QOL) CKD hemodialysis, explore change in QOL over one month for managed hospitals. Methods: A prospective study was conducted among adult Haji Adam Malik Hospital Medan. measured using – short form (KDQOL–SFTM) questionnaire FACIT fatigue scale questionnaire. patients. Patients were asked complete KDQOL–SFTM two times range. Results: Average rate haemoglobin increased after anemia treatment 8.68: 8.82. 43.98: 44.81. KDQOL 76.83: 77.94. Conclusion: Erythropoietin can improve hemodialysis.
