Background: Polytrauma is still the major cause of death in children all over world. Initial evaluation and management should be approached by teamwork that includes pediatric physicians, intensive care trauma surgeons. Trauma provides injured with life- limb-saving treatment, but it unclear if proper tools have been developed to measure quality delivered. Objective: To review indicators for evaluating delivered polytrauma patients aged ≤ 12 years illustrate various complaints, shortages, suggestions, possible solutions at Aljalla Hospital–Benghazi/Libya.Methods: This study was conducted during a period Benghazi War (From July 2015 2016). A retrospective records 228 admitted as PPPs done.
