The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect quality black tea products. This shows PT XYZ as a processing company has problems in achieving product quality. is shown by not target products, even though raw materials are relatively accordance with standards. analysis used cause and effect using fishbone diagram causes problems, well use pareto 5-why support. Failure mode (FMEA) tool mitigate risks resulting from failure production process, results which for suggested improvements. indicate influence products include degree shoot wilt does comply standards, employees who do SOP problem machine being off during process.
