Abstract Background Pulmonary hemosiderosis is a rare disease that may be idiopathic or have secondary etiology, such as mitral stenosis. The clinical and functional consequence of iron overload in the lungs form hemosiderin. diagnosis should considered patients with miliary nodules on chest tomography. Case presentation We report case 30-year-old man severe stenosis who presented pain dyspnea. High-resolution tomography showed bilateral centrilobular micronodules. pulmonary to was suggested by transbronchial biopsy. Conclusion requires exclusion other etiologies alveolar hemorrhage, including infections vasculitis. One possible etiology
