Psychosocial Well-Being Determinants and Occupants’ Happiness in a Green Neighbourhood/Community

Psychosocial well-being and happiness are better in green neighbourhoods due to access nature spaces. Hence, this study focusses on investigating how psychosocial determinants (PWDs) affect occupants’ a residential community. This article identifies the psychosocial-well-being domain, ascertains PWDs neighbourhood, analyses effects of these occupants’-happiness. The research method includes qualitative systematic subjective approach. Data were collected using triangulation—deductive extractions from literature familiarize authors with phenomenon under investigation, interview guides focused group discussion expert opinions, observation guide elicit information identified researchers had interactions fifty (50) professionals, architects, builders, material engineers, service estate surveyors, urban regional planners, property developers, medical doctors, psychologists, environmentalists, biologists, chemists, art historians, environmental health practitioners, occupants.
