Background: EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a structured psychotherapy method that facilitates the treatment of various psychopathologies problems related to both traumatic events more common but emotionally stressful experiences.1 Due confinement due COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) pandemic, people have developed mixture anticipatory anxiety, stress, tiredness, misunderstanding fear, psychological emotional does not fit into any existing boxes in classification mental disorders.2 Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) has abundant evidence efficacy trauma spectrum disorders. Its anxious depressive disorders children adolescents been scarcely studied.3 Objective: To evaluate an alternative protocol.
