Psychodrama Practice in Clinical Social Work with Individuals

Abstract This chapter is devoted to the clinical practice of psychodrama in individual sessions. Fundamental differences between groups and one-to-one contexts are discussed including use auxiliary roles, therapeutic relationship, modifications for basic interventions. An overview empty chair, objects, and/or therapist as an ego included. The limitations strengths using sessions discussed. Multiple scenes (strengths-based, intrapsychic, interpersonal) depicted from a social work example with processing.
