Aims The aim is to understand whether the online video based psychiatric consultation skills toolkit, which was developed attempt address some of differential attainment seen amongst International Medical Graduates (IMGs) within psychiatry, feasible, effective and acceptable by running a pilot core trainees in North West prior full roll out. Methods 19 sitting 2022 formative test were invited take part email. 7 accessed toolkit. Performance from analysed excel looking at averages individual domains across all stations. Results those who used toolkit compared with did not access Toolkit completion rates obtained feedback an survey. Data excel, rigour ensured supervisor reviewing data results. There 3 IMGs 4 UK graduates. 12 sat but 9 Regarding acceptability completed 92.7% on average graduates 87.8%. 86% strongly agreed that easy use 14% agreed. 57% had helped develop their communication 43% participants they would recommend colleague suggesting found it helpful use. highest percentage improvement scores clinical 29.4%, followed international medical 25.5% counterparts On average, domains, improved 25.3% 20% score.
