PSEUDO UNICORNUATE UTERUS: CLINICAL CASE AND LITERATURE REVIEW

The pseudo unicornuate uterus is a rare uterine malformation resulting from incomplete unilateral Müllerian aplasia and estimated to occur in about 10-14% of all anomalies. It the consequence developmental arrest one Mullers ducts, which results normal hemi-uterus rudimentary horn with or without cavity. We present case that illustrates this pathology: This Mrs. S. H, 30 years old, any notable history, G2P2, G1: first pregnancy was followed normally at health center delivery took place by cesarian section for breech presentation primiparous woman term, G2: second up until 39 weeks amenorrhea center, admitted early labor, obstetrical ultrasound revealed single fetal presentation, indication extraction high route indicated scarred uterus. On exploration we noted presence right had developed homolateral adnexa, small remnant on left continuing tube.
