چکیده
Abstract Intensive development of systemic biology involves intensification such branches as proteomics and lipidomics, which are valid for plants. This trend is obvious due to the rapidly growing number publications on proteomes lipidomes plant cells, tissues, whole organs. Particulars nuclei, mitochondria, chloroplasts have been rather well detailed in this regard. However, these data scarce concerning tonoplast, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, other single-membrane organelles cell. review surveys current concepts related specificity protein lipid spectra membrane structures cells. The little describing changes parameters course under stress pressure also analyzed.

The Changing Lipidome during Cell Division
Cell division entails dramatic membrane rearrangements, but what is the role of lipids in the process? Eggert et al. explore the dynamics of the lipidome during cell division and provide new insights on the functions of specific lipids in cytokinesis.

The large body of information that has come from genome sequencing projects has demonstrated that plants and animals have many sequences in common, suggesting that they have either co-opted the same molecules for different purposes, or that they utilize similar mechanisms (Reuzeau and Pont-Lezica 1995; Clark 1996). One might expect many housekeeping tasks, such as regulation of the cell cycle, ...
متن کاملAnimal cell cytokinesis: The role of dynamic changes in the plasma membrane proteome and lipidome.
In animal cells, cytokinesis is characterised by the formation of the mitotic spindle that signals the assembly of an actomyosin ring between the spindle poles. Contraction of this ring drives ingression of the cleavage furrow, and culminates in the formation of a thin intercellular bridge between the daughter cells. At the centre of this bridge is the midbody, which is thought both to provide ...
متن کاملStem cell function during plant vascular development.
The plant vascular system, composed of xylem and phloem, evolved to connect plant organs and transport various molecules between them. During the post-embryonic growth, these conductive tissues constitutively form from cells that are derived from a lateral meristem, commonly called procambium and cambium. Procambium/cambium contains pluripotent stem cells and provides a microenvironment that ma...
متن کاملThe proteomics of plant cell membranes.
Membrane proteins are involved in many different functions depending on their location in the cell. Characterization of the membrane proteome can bring new insights to the function of different plant membrane systems and the subcellular compartments where the proteins are found. Plant membrane proteomics can also provide valuable information about plant-specific biological processes. Despite re...
