چکیده

The family Thymelaeaceae, which includes huge evergreen trees that are sparsely distributed in tropical rainforests, the genus Aquilaria. Numerous medical conditions, including inflammation, cancer, and oxidative stress have been traditionally treated using Aquilaria agallocha malaccensis. In this study, we evaluated silico biological activity with A. malaccensis sample for more conformation. Raw 264.7 macrophage cells HacaT were used, together MTT, ROS, NO, wound healing assays, to investigate possible cytotoxicity A549 lung cancer. Thus, showed significant against cancer at 1000 µg/mL. Furthermore, observed an elevated ROS level cells. assay cell inhibition activity. While BCL-2 decreased intrinsic route, p53, Bax, Caspase 3, 9 by A.A A.M. Additionally, also conducted evaluation followed molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, along ADMET prediction further validate experimental results. normal cells, both samples less toxicity µg/mL suppressed LPS-treated NO levels inflammation. A.M pro-inflammatory gene expression of COX-2, iNOS, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 RAW On other hand, extract effectively increasing antioxidative H2O2-induced HaCat 50 μg/mL. This study revealed plant extracts from could exert a cytotoxic effect on adenocarcinoma through activation signaling pathway. Moreover, it be potential source anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer agents after consideration vivo clinical studies.
