Proposal of an effective time management system

In this study, we review studies on time management and propose an effective system. We introduce algorithm for identifying problems in the form of a decision support system, which allows consistent area can be used by individuals teams. have proposed described series actions measures to address each five identified problems, i.e., procrastination, inability achieve long-term, medium-term short-term goals, permanent lack (personal or professional). Possible applications system include preliminary description one’s use during day, tracking spent time, analysis results, “bottlenecks” identification, setting rating points, repeating summarizing. The presented has theoretical basis practical application personal working organization.
