In the review of Islamic legal, Prophet Muhammad's legal politics is an exciting theme to be studied more deeply. The Muhammad SAW., known as Ummī (illiterate) Prophet, thus raising paradigm that was not intelligent and capable. research method qualitative. This aimed prove how smart, trustworthy, full wisdom, respected, legally competent. some his provisions, even PBUH presented a solution ilā ākhīr al-zamān. concept social justice in upholding human rights, especially women's aggressively debated. It turned out 14 centuries ago had been initiated by through provisions sunnah, which required men protect women their rights. Likewise, tolerance interfaith relations them have Prophet. Aside from being leader Muslims history, also once judge problem experienced infidels considered wise community figure at time. Even given authority establish new laws for specific issues sunnah on matters determined Qur'an.
