چکیده
Understanding the propagation from meteorological to hydrological drought is crucial for monitoring and forecasting. In this study, daily precipitation streamflow data of 16 sub-catchments in Huaihe River Basin 1980 2014 are used establish a framework quantitatively reveal relationship between explore impact climate, catchment properties, human activities on propagation. The divided into three types. Type-1 indicates that one or several droughts trigger drought. occurrence probability calculated by conditional SPI SRI series varies 0.25 0.48 among all catchments. Features can be concluded as lengthening duration, amplification severity, lag onset time, reduction speed. Type-2 occurs but no occurs, which accounts 63–77% total events Type-3 without proceeding drought, caused mostly activities. ranges 0.31 0.58. Climate factors have significant effects while properties represented topographic index base flow significantly relate ratio crop land reflecting irrigation far less than index, denoting properties. Reservoirs alleviating duration severity extreme droughts, little average droughts.

Precipitation extremes play a key role in flooding risks over the Huaihe River Basin, which is important to understand their hydrological impacts. Based on observed daily precipitation and streamflow data from 1958 to 2009, eight precipitation indices and three streamflow indices were calculated for the study of hydrological impacts of precipitation extremes. The results indicate that the wet c...

15 صفحه اولDesign of Deep Belief Networks for Short-Term Prediction of Drought Index Using Data in the Huaihe River Basin
With the global climate change, drought disasters occur frequently. Drought prediction is an important content for drought disaster management, planning and management of water resource systems of a river basin. In this study, a short-term drought prediction model based on deep belief networks DBNs is proposed to predict the time series of different time-scale standardized precipitation index S...
