Program Bimbingan Belajar Berdasarkan Profil Academic Self-Efficacy Santri (Studi Deskriptif di SMP IT Baitul Anshor Boarding School dan Pondok Pesantren Baitul Izzah Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019)

Academic Self-Efficacy refers to one’s confidence and beliefs about their own abilities accomplish task academic demands. Santri or students in junior high school considered as adolescences still need helps develop because lack of confidences level on ability domain. The purpose this research is find out self-efficacy santri. approached quantitative approach with descriptive method. Population study are santri from Junior High School Baitul Anshor Boarding dan Izzah year 2018/2019. sample for consisted 67 78 using probability sampling smple random 0.05 error level. results show that general overview medium category. result form guidance program has been tested by the experts counseling praticer counselor.
