The exigency to promulgate the rapid synthesis, non-hazardous, cost- effective and eco-friendly green method for synthesis of nanoparticles utilizing plants great significance. This is a result alternative high toxicity associated with chemical procedure synthesizing nanoparticles. aim study was monitor potentiality synthesized AuNPs on microbial cell proliferation. Green benign were characterized by UV-visible Spectrophotometer, Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Zeta Potential size, shape morphology analysed Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Maximum phytochemicals found help polar non- solvents in selected stem bark Wasura trifoliata. showed good antibacterial activity two gram positive bacteria like Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus negative Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae. should helpful develop new drug conventional pharmaceuticals, pharmacognosy diagnose various diseases.
