The dispersion state of multilayer graphene sheets in polymers has a strong impact on the properties nanocomposite, and is driven by processing parameters method. Herein, sheet/vinyl ester nanocomposites were manufactured using three-roll mill. roller gaps number cycles varied to study their effect relationship with effective electromechanical nanocomposites. It was found that reducing increasing yields smaller (up 7.4 ?m diameter) more densely packed ~1500 agglomerates/mm2) agglomerates. Nanocomposites mill contain agglomerates up 75% than those an ultrasonic tip. Electrical conductivity higher for moderately-sized, homogeneously distributed (23 high areal density (~920 agglomerates/mm2), while reduced electrical conductivity. Smaller increased mechanical but decreased piezoresistive sensitivity. agglomerate proved be key factor governing sensitivity, lower per unit area promoting gauge factors.
