چکیده
One of the most significant concepts deep restructuring economic mechanism Republic Uzbekistan is creation an integral, effective and flexible system management implementation on this basis a program to improve technical level quality machines. The car park our country more replenished with vehicles diesel engines. development contemporary engine building proceeding by forcing engines: increasing average pressure speed. Therefore, high reliability service life, fuel efficiency environmental performance are basic criteria for their quality. Forcing engines leads increase in thermal mechanical loads parts cylinder-piston group (CPG) (piston, liner cylinder head), temperature, as well temperature piston rings valves. Overheating accompanied formation fields pronounced uneven distribution and, result, stresses simultaneous deterioration properties material, cracks finally, destruction part. In regard, task protecting from excessive exposure working fluid becomes urgent, or, other words, creating reduced heat removal fluid.

Combustion and Emission of a Compression Ignition Engine Fueled with Diesel and Hydrogen-Methane Mixture
The present study conducted experimental investigation on combustion and emission characteristics of compression ignition engine using diesel as pilot fuel and methane, hydrogen and methane/hydrogen mixture as gaseous fuels at 1800 rev min. The effect of gaseous fuel on peak cylinder pressure and heat release is modest at low to medium loads. At high load, the high combustion temperature and hi...
متن کاملThree-Dimensional Modeling of Combustion Process, Soot and NOx formation In a Direct-injection Diesel Engine
This paper is presented to study the combustion process and emissions in a direct injection diesel engine. Computations are carried out using a three-dimensional model for flows, sprays, combustion and emissions in Diesel engines. Interactions between combustion and emissions with flow field are considered and it is shown that soot mass fraction increases at regions with low turbulence inten...
متن کاملThree Dimensional Modeling of Mixture Formation and Combustion in a Direct Injection Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine
Due to the stringent legislation for emission of diesel engines and also increasing demand on fuel consumption, the importance of detailed 3D simulation of fuel injection, mixing and combustion have been increased in the recent years. In the present work, FIRE code has been used to study the detailed modeling of spray and mixture formation in a Caterpillar heavy-duty diesel engine. The paper pr...
متن کاملModeling of Combustion and Carbon Oxides Formation in Direct Injection Diesel Engine
When looking at the effects of diesel engine exhaust on the environment, it is important to first look at the composition of the exhaust gases. Over 99.5% of the exhaust gases are a combination of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water. With the exception of carbon dioxide, which contributes about 5% of the total volume, the diesel engine exhaust consists of elements which are part of...
متن کاملThe effect of hydrogen and nitrogen addition on heavy duty diesel engine emissions under reactivity controlled compression ignition combustion
The aim of this study is to evaluate a heavy duty diesel engine operation under reactivity controlled compression ignition combustion fueled with diesel oil and natural gas enriched with hydrogen and nitrogen addition. In this study, a single cylinder heavy– duty diesel engine is set to operate at 9.4bar gross IMEP (Mid- Load). The amount of injected diesel oil per cycle into the engine combust...
