Problematika Status Anak Angkat Di Randublatung Blora Dalam Perspektif Fatwa MUI

This paper discuss the problem of status adopted children in Randublatung sub district, Blora, Central Java from perspective MUI Fatwa. The research method this writing is a combined study field and library research. data oblained by researchers results interviews, observations collecting literature or related to theme presented descriptive qualitative form. showed that Fatwa regarding child adoption has been based on authoritative arguments Islam. Meanwhile, care for at Blora donw well. However, procedure, MUI, adoptive parents have committed practices contrary teachings Islam, namely registering name having occupied biological father birth certificate child. As result, such as family card diploma child, starting kindergarten university level diplomas.
