چکیده
In this paper, we propose a unified probabilistic decentralised control and message passing framework for real time of the electrical grid which enables development future smart grid. The key elements proposed are design local randomised controllers methodology coordination between designed to account optimisation considerations on system operation. Within framework, electric is decomposed into number areas. Additionally, since frequency ubiquitous state variable, representing balancing active power generation consumption, demonstrated based Load Frequency Control (LFC). Simulation studies involving six-area three interconnection schemes carried out illustrate applicability effectiveness approach.

Unifying Framework for Message Passing
Theoretical models are difficult to apply for the analysis of practical message passing systems used today. We propose a model which can be used for such an analysis. Our framework for message passing is in many ways similar to the framework for transactional database systems. The abstract message passing system is defined in our framework independently of hardware, operating system and means o...

متن کاملThe Generic Message Passing Framework
This paper presents the design and implementation of the Generic Message Passing framework (GMP). The design of the GMP is guided by two goals: programmer productivity and run-time performance—particularly for parallel systems having both shared and distributed memory (e.g., clusters of SMPs). To achieve these goals simultaneously, the GMP uses a generic programming paradigm, allowing it to int...
متن کاملProbabilistic Inference Based Message-Passing for Resource Constrained DCOPs
Distributed constraint optimization (DCOP) is an important framework for coordinated multiagent decision making. We address a practically useful variant of DCOP, called resource-constrained DCOP (RC-DCOP), which takes into account agents’ consumption of shared limited resources. We present a promising new class of algorithm for RC-DCOPs by translating the underlying coordination problem to prob...
