چکیده
Spectrum sharing in radar bands with interference forecasting for enhanced protection can help design proactive resource allocation solutions which achieve high data rates wireless communication networks on one hand and protect the incumbent systems. We consider spectrum 5.6GHz where a weather operates as primary system dominant secondary is an enterprise network consisting of access points (APs) university campus. Our work models transmit power APs time series multinomial distribution based real collected data. The aggregated due to transmissions from at forecasted using long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network. Monte Carlo dropout utilized generate prediction intervals that capture uncertainties APs. Finally, by both average upper limits predicted cloud-assisted efficient algorithm proposed. Tracking rotating not required proposed system. results show ensures better increased throughput users.

Shared Spectrum Throughput for Secondary Users
The throughput performance of secondary users sharing radio spectrum with a licensed primary user is analyzed in this work. An asynchronous transmission, sensing and backoff protocol is proposed for the secondary user and modeled as a six state Markov process. The model parameters are derived as a function of the duty cycle and average duration that the channel is unoccupied by the primary user...
متن کاملPerspective of MAS in Power System via a Fuzzy Framework
Multi agent systems (MAS) are popularly used in practice, however; a few studies have looked at MAS capabilities from the power engineering perspective. This paper presents the results of an investigation concerning the compatibility of MAS capabilities in different power engineering categories. Five MAS capabilities and seven power system categories are established. A framework for applying MA...
متن کاملSpectrum Sharing Radar: Coexistence via Xampling
This paper presents a spectrum sharing technology enabling interference-free operation of a surveillance radar and communication transmissions over a common spectrum. A cognitive radio receiver senses the spectrum using low sampling and processing rates. The radar is a cognitive system that employs a Xampling-based receiver and transmits in several narrow bands. Our main contribution is the all...
متن کاملExploiting Temporal Secondary Access Opportunities in Radar Spectrum
In this paper, we quantify the temporal opportunities for secondary access to radar spectrum. Secondary users are assumed to be WLANs which opportunistically share the radar frequency band under the constraint that the aggregate interference does not harm radar operation. Each WLAN device employs dynamic frequency selection (DFS) as a mechanis m to protect the radar from the interference. We al...
متن کاملUser-generated visibility: Secondary gatekeeping in a shared media space
This article explores implications of the transition to an environment in which users have become secondary gatekeepers of the content published on media websites. This expanded user role, facilitated by technology and enabled by digital news editors, includes assessment of contributions by other users; communication of the perceived value or quality of userand journalist-produced content; and ...
