Prisoners’ Dilemma in a Spatially Separated System Based on Spin–Photon Interactions

Having access to ideal quantum mechanical resources, the prisoners’ dilemma can be ceased. Here, we propose a distributed circuit allow spatially separated prisoners play game. Decomposing into controlled-Z and single-qubit gates only, design corresponding spin–photon-interaction-based physical setup within reach of current technology. In our setup, spins are considered players’ logical qubits, which realized via nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond or dots coupled optical cavities, game is played flying photon realizing logic operations by interacting with cavities spin qubits coupled. We also analyze effect imperfect realization two-qubit on game, discuss revival emergence new Nash equilibria.
