Bat?l?la?ma dönemi Osmanl? mimarl???nda önemli bir yap? grubu olarak kar??m?za ç?kan kamu yap?lar?n?n olu?um ve geli?im süreçlerini Tanzimat Ferman?’n?n ilan? sonras?nda idari alanda ya?anan dönü?üm çabalar? içinde de?erlendirebiliriz. ar?ivlerinde rastlanan belge proje dosyalar? ?????nda yap?lar? yere sahip oldu?u görülen hapishaneler ise dönemin mimarl?k ortam?n?n politika hukuk ekseninde ne derece araya gelebildi?ini gösteren verilere grubunu olu?turmaktad?r. Bu ba?lamda Devlet Ar?ivleri Ba?kanl??? Ar?ivi rastlad???m?z Konya vilayet merkezinde in?a edilmesi dü?ünülen hapishane binas? için farkl? tarihlerde tasarlanm??, birbirinden ba??ms?z tasar?m özellikleri sergileyen üç proje, sanat tarihi disiplini çerçevesinde incelenmektedir. Ayr?ca hapishanelerin konumlar?yla do?rudan ba?lant?l? olan kurumlarda bulunan haritalar da söz konusu konumunu de?erlendirme amac? ile kullan?lmaktad?r.
