Objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of developed method preventing pregnancy complications with low placentation from early gestation.Material and methods. We have examined 119 pregnant women placentation. This diagnosis was made at 6-7 weeks gestation on basis echographic research. The main group consisted 64 chorionic location who underwent prevention in by complex medicines us a control -55 had not undergone prophylaxis gestational periods. prophylactic included Luteina, ginkgo biloba extract, folio biolectra. To assess therapy study groups, we analyzed course late gestation, as well delivery.Results. frequency pathologies group, where placentation, significantly lower than group. According study, risk abortion bleeding without first second trimesters decreased (p<0.05). In third trimester reduced, incidence preterm birth, premature detachment low-lying placenta, fetoplacental dysfunction, fetal developmental delay syndrome distress during Also, there percentage births that ended cesarean section.Conclusions. 1. place attachment placenta uterine cavity closely related its function, development placental delivery. 2.
