چکیده
Purpose To assess the prevalence of peri-implant diseases (ie, mucositis and peri-implantitis) in patients rehabilitated with full-arch, implant-supported restorations. Materials methods A search protocol was developed to answer following focus question: What is edentulous fixed or removable restorations? RCTs, controlled clinical trials, prospective studies at least 12 months follow-up a minimum 10 having one arch were searched. Results total 18 (3 1 nonrandomized trial, 14 studies) included. According single study, fully 57%, corresponding 47% implant level. The among ranged between 0% 13.7% patients, from 20% implants. In peri-implantitis found range 1.5% 29.7% 2.1% 20.3% implants, while values 25% 7.2%, respectively. Conclusion Edentulous (fully arch) restored either restorations frequently affected by disease.
